Hellome allows its customers to cancel their orders up to 1 hour after order confirmation. However, if the order is still not processed or shipped, Hellome will still allow customers to cancel their orders. In such cases, any payments already made by the customer will be refunded as store credits, which can be used for future purchases on Hellome.
Once the shipment has been processed or dispatched, Hellome does not encourage cancellations.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or any activity that violates the terms and conditions of using the website, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion. We may maintain a negative list of fraudulent users and transactions and may deny access or cancel future orders from those users.

Hellome shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of God, technical failures, or vendor-related delays.

Cancellation by the Customer

You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order is in the warehouse or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. Any amount already paid will be refunded back to your Hellome store wallet.
